I love improvising music for spaces! if it sounds like an inspiring space, I may just want to play for free! past spaces include yoga classes, poetry nights, art museums, flash tattoo events, and (currently) chess club!
Meditation/yoga
while I don’t claim to be a guru or anything, I have found much healing in my personal meditation & yoga practices. if this is something that interests you I would be happy to help you find a daily rhythm to your practice, whether by video chat or in person. credentials include 200 hour yoga certification plus 8 years of daily meditation (see more in my about me section).
guitar/music lessons
classically trained with a unique flare, I’d love to share my first artistic passion with you! Learn my favorite daily guitar warm-ups and/or dive into music theory with me. I have a bachelors degree in music performance, decades of experience gigging and reading sheet music. Also happy to talk music production, though I still have much to learn in this art myself.
